🎨 PRINT-READY ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the highest print quality, all files must meet the following requirements:

✔ PNG format with transparent background
✔ 300 DPI resolution
✔ Full-size, high-quality artwork

NOT considered print-ready:

Screenshots

Watermarked images

Google Images or web images

Low-resolution AI-generated images

Social media images

Blurry or compressed files

These files often result in poor print quality and may require additional editing before printing.

If your file is not print-ready, it may be:

Returned for correction, orEdited by Studio H Creations for an additional fee

🛠 ARTWORK EDITING FEES (Effective July 1, 2026)

If editing is required, the following fees apply:

$5.00 per image:

Background removal

Upscaling low-resolution images

File conversions (SVG, JPG, JPEG, PDF → PNG)

Color changes

Adding names or text

Minor image adjustments

$25.00 per hour:

Image recreation

Custom artwork creation

Advanced AI image editing

Major graphic design work

Digital artwork from Etsy, Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, and similar sites may still require edits depending on file quality.

All editing fees are in addition to transfer costs.

Once editing is complete, a proof or mockup will be sent for approval before printing.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you choose not to have your artwork reviewed or edited, your file will be printed AS IS.

Studio H Creations is not responsible for:

Low-resolution artwork

Poor print quality from non-print-ready files

Customer-submitted design errors

A print-ready file is:

PNG format

Transparent background

300 DPI resolution

High-quality, full-size artwork

These files are typically created in design software such as Canva or Photoshop, or purchased from reputable digital design marketplaces.

🖨️ DTF TRANSFER INFORMATION

All transfers are printed using high-quality Direct to Film (DTF) technology and arrive ready to press.

Application Requirements:

MUST use a commercial heat press

Iron and Cricut EasyPress are NOT recommended

Pressing Instructions:

Temperature: 325°F – 335°F

Time: 15–20 seconds

Pressure: Medium to firm

Peel Type:

Warm peel or cold peel (varies by design)

Recommended Finish:

After peeling, press again for 10 seconds with a protective sheet for maximum durability and wash resistance.

🧵 MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY

DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, and fabric blends in both light and dark garments.
